Huge Caddy has 3 foam pads to secure up to 39 Cut Bait Head rigs.

Place the hook into the notch on top of the pad, slide the bait head down to the hook, and wrap the leader around the pad. Secure the loop in the leader to the pad with the accompaning pin. Baits in picture are not included.
